1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NUTRI EXPERT LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the CryptoPulse mobile application and this website (together, the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What CryptoPulse is
CryptoPulse is a free, ad-supported entertainment product that simulates crypto trading and idle mining. You receive virtual, in-game cash and interact with real-time market prices for fun and practice. Everything in the App is simulated:
- All balances, coins, XP, ranks, badges and rewards are virtual and have no monetary or real-world value;
- There are no deposits, withdrawals, purchases or sales of any real asset, and no way to win or cash out real money;
- The “mining” feature is a game mechanic that accrues virtual coins over time; it does not use your device's resources to mine any cryptocurrency and produces nothing of value;
- The App is not a financial product, brokerage, exchange, wallet, or investment or money-transmission service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4. Your licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your own entertainment and in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app-store terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Virtual items and progress
Virtual cash, coins, XP, levels, ranks, badges, crates, boosters and any other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are licensed to you for use within the App only. You do not own them. Virtual Items:
- have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold or transferred for money or anything of value;
- are not your property and are non-transferable;
- may be created, modified, reset, or removed by us, and are lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
We currently do not sell Virtual Items for real money. If in-app purchases are ever offered, they will be governed by additional terms and the app store's payment rules.
6. Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads, including ads served through Google AdMob. Some ads are optional (“rewarded”) — you may choose to watch them for a virtual bonus, but you are never required to. Where the law requires, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice in the App's settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to bypass or manipulate the App, its economy, ads, or any protections;
- use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits, or interfere with the App's normal operation;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law;
- infringe our or any third party's intellectual-property or other rights.
8. Market data
The App displays market prices obtained from third-party sources for simulation purposes only. Such data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable, and is provided “as is” without warranty. You must not rely on it for any real trading, investment or financial decision.
9. No financial advice
Nothing in the App is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. The App is for entertainment and practice only. Any real-world financial decisions you make are your own responsibility. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and risky; simulated results do not reflect real outcomes.
10. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, design, graphics, text and trademarks, is owned by NUTRI EXPERT LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by law. “CryptoPulse” and our logos are our trademarks. Coin names, symbols and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
11. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config), AppsFlyer, and the Google Play platform. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that market data will be accurate or timely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUTRI EXPERT LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because the App involves no real money and no real assets, you acknowledge you cannot suffer financial trading loss through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your place of residence.
